Taylor Maughan

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

I’m Taylor Maughan, your new Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) here at Lincoln! I am so excited to get to know you all and serve our incredible students alongside you. A little bit about myself, I grew up in the Kansas City, Missouri area. I enjoy being outside, climbing, biking, kayaking, playing golf- you name it! I grew up with 3 brothers, my youngest brother having a severe developmental and physical disability, which is where my passion for working in education came from. I graduated from Arizona State University with a Masters in Special Education that focused on Applied Behavior Analysis, before passing the board exam to become a BCBA. I have over 13 years of experience working with children with unique needs. Most recently, I spent 4 years at Spectrum Academy working as a Behavior Specialist over the elementary school. There I worked mostly with students with autism and aggressive behaviors.
